Terms.

1. Parties

These Terms govern the relationship between myfirstdesign S.L. ("myfirstdesign", "we") and the client placing an order ("you"). By completing payment you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services

myfirstdesign provides fixed-scope digital web design services. All services are delivered digitally. Services do not include ongoing hosting fees, domain registration, or third-party subscription fees unless explicitly stated in the service description.

3. Orders and Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are in EUR excluding Spanish IVA (21%). A project brief template is sent within 1 business day of payment. The delivery timeline starts from receipt of your completed project brief.

4. Delivery

Timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Andalusian public holidays) from receipt of your completed project brief. Brief delays caused by incomplete client information extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

5. Revisions

Two revision rounds for E-commerce Catalogue and Redesign services. One revision round for all other services. Revision window: 5 business days from delivery of each review round. Changes beyond agreed scope are quoted separately before additional work begins.

6. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on receipt of final payment. myfirstdesign retains the right to show completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets such as stock photography remain subject to their original licences.

7. Liability

myfirstdesign total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of delivered work.

8. Governing Law

Spanish law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Almeria, Andalucia, Spain.
