Order

Select a service on the services page or use the package builder. Pay via Stripe Checkout. You receive a project brief template by email within 1 business day. You do not need to schedule a call or attend a kickoff meeting unless you want to.

The brief template is specific to the service you ordered. It asks for the information we actually need, not a generic form with twenty fields half of which do not apply to your project.

Brief

Complete the project brief and return it to hello@myfirstdesign.com. The delivery timeline begins from the date we receive your completed brief, not from the date of payment.

Brief completeness affects speed. A complete, specific brief gets delivered faster than a vague one. We ask follow-up questions if anything is unclear before starting work rather than making assumptions.

Build

We design and build your project according to the agreed brief and the specified service scope. Depending on the service, you receive either a Figma review link or a staging URL for review. Revision rounds are included as stated per service.

Changes that fall within the agreed scope are included in the revision rounds. Changes that add significant new scope are quoted separately before work continues. We do not start additional work without confirmation.

Delivery

The completed project is delivered to your domain or as file deliverables as appropriate for the service. CMS access, documentation, and post-launch support are included according to the service specification.

For all web services, delivery means a live site on your domain, accessible to real visitors. The post-launch support window starts from the day the site goes live, not from the delivery date.
