Delivery.

1. Digital Delivery

All myfirstdesign services are delivered digitally. There is no physical product or shipment. Deliverables include live websites on your domain, design files, or other digital assets as specified per service.

2. Delivery Timelines

All timelines are in business days from receipt of your completed project brief. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Andalusian public holidays.

3. Service Delivery Windows

• Starter Business Website: 5-7 business days
• Portfolio & Creative Showcase Sites: 7-10 business days
• Booking & Appointment Sites: 8-12 business days
• Landing Page & Ad Campaign Pages: 3-5 business days
• E-commerce Catalogue Sites: 12-18 business days
• Website Redesign & Refresh: 7-12 business days

4. Delivery Conditions

On-time delivery requires receipt of a complete project brief with all required information, timely review of design rounds by the client within the specified review window (5 business days), and timely provision of any required assets such as photography, existing brand files, or login credentials.

5. Delays

If a delay on our side is anticipated, we notify the client at least 2 business days before the original delivery date and provide a revised delivery date in writing. Delays caused by client brief incompleteness or delayed review responses are not considered delays by myfirstdesign.
