Refunds.
1. Refund Window
A full refund is available within 48 hours of payment provided that work has not started and the project brief has not been reviewed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.
2. After Work Begins
Once we have received and reviewed your completed project brief, work is considered started and refunds are not available. You will receive the deliverables as specified in the agreed service scope regardless of the reason for any subsequent dissatisfaction.
3. Delivery Disputes
If delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope as documented in the project brief, we will revise at no additional cost within the included revision rounds. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the revision process, contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
4. Requesting a Refund
Email hello@myfirstdesign.com with subject "Refund Request", your name, order reference, and reason. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days.
5. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By completing checkout and accepting these Terms, you request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that the withdrawal right may be affected under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU once the service has started.
